Skincare & Haircare Routine

Updated June 2026 · Tiered system: floor routine (always) + full routine (when you have the energy)

Floor Routine (non-negotiable minimum, ~2 min)

Too tired for the full routine? Do only this. The habit loop survives. Full dropout at month 3 is the real enemy, not a skipped serum.

Morning

  1. Foam cleanser (or water rinse)
  2. Moisturizer (Elizabeth Grant C5+)
  3. SPF (Neutrogena 50, always)

Night

  1. Foam cleanser
  2. Night cream (Biovene)
Anchor

Start AM routine right after brushing teeth. PM routine right after washing face. One trigger, whole chain follows.

Stage

Products left-to-right on counter in application order. No decisions about what comes next.

Overlap

Apply product B while product A absorbs. No idle standing between steps. Full routine feels like 3 min, not 10.

No guilt

Floor-only nights are victories, not failures. 2 recovery nights are built into the weekly plan.

AM routine (cleanse + moisturize + SPF) stays the same every day. Add vitamin C serum when you have the bandwidth. Two recovery nights built in so you never stack actives more than 2 days in a row.
